Next Level Vacation Rentals

I, the Licensee, which includes the Licensee’s Guests and the Licensee’s Visitors, agree to the following:

 

Noise Level -  At all Next Level Vacation Rental Properties “Quite Time” is from 10 PM to 8 AM. This is not only enforced by Next Level Vacation Rentals but by the City at which the property is located. Loud parties at the property or near the property are NOT allowed and can lead to eviction. Licensee agrees there will be no disturbance, annoyance, endangerment, or inconvenience to the subdivision or neighbors. Due to the proximity of all the houses, guests must refrain from screaming, playing excessively loud music while staying at the property. Please contact us with any further questions or clarification. Please refer to your properties “house rules” on the listing page. Failure to follow these noise levels can lead to violations and additional fees.

Neighborhood Complaints - Actions by the licensee that result in complaints from the neighborhood or having the police called on the property will result in a minimum fine of $500. This charge will assist with potential HOA legal issues or fines incurred. Which is payable by the licensee.

Parking - Please refer to your properties direct listing on parking policies. A universal rule is at no time should a member of your party block and neighboring driveways or fire hydrants. Parking is determined by each property and their communities HOA. If you have questions pertaining to parking with your reservation, feel free to contact us.

Smoking -  This is a non-smoking property. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on concrete surfaces only with an ashtray. No smoking on turf, on furniture or in the house. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur an $500 additional “Smoke Damage” cleaning fee to remove odors left from the house. To CLARIFY, Smoking includes Marijuana , E-cigarettes, Cigars, Bongs, Cigarettes, EXT.

Minimum Age Requirement - I am 23 years or older and staying in this reserved property for the full duration of the reserved dates. If I am less than the 23 year old age requirement, I have contacted Next Level Vacation Rentals  for an additional waiver.

Damage Policy - Licensee will be responsible for all damage / breakage that occurs at the property except for normal wear and tear (decided by  Next Level vacation Rentals) Licensee agrees that all pipes, wires, glass m plumbing and contents of the household will be in the same condition upon arrival. Licensee understand that the property will be inspected prior to licensee check in and prior to the licensee check out. You acknowledge any damage to the property will result in a charge or charges for repair or replacement value. Licensee will be responsible for all landscape damage especially to turf due to smoking, drinks, or glass. Expect respect!
